Torches To Rome only existed to release a collection of songs released on one LP. They were a three piece comprised of the drummer from Portraits of Past and the guitarist from Navio Forge and Sawhorse, to name only two. This album was recorded in '95, mixed in '97, and released in '99 on Ebullition. There's something for everyone here.
